From Idaho

Last weekend (Labor Day weekend) Dennis and I went to Eugene on Saturday and had a lovely evening with Judy. Judy had a birthday cake for me and Judy and Dennis sang "Happy Birthday" I can't believe the bakeries in that communinty. They are just great. Sunday we drove to Salem for a wedding. It was at the Oregon Garden. The ceremony was outside and the reception under the tent. Well it rained during the ceremony. Fortunately somone had gone to the Dollar store and bought umbrellas. It was a colorful wedding with all the umbrellas. It was a lovely wedding and cold reception (temp wise. I had three glasses of wine and it didn't warm me.
Kristopher, we know your wedding date; but could you please recommend a place for all of us to stay? We are looking forward to your wedding.
