If you go on the web sites for St Urho you will find a receipe. Last year I made Corn Beef and Cabbage for St Pats. It (the Beef) was so fat it was not good. So this year I didn't even look at it or try tomake it. Was busy on StUrho day to do anything. Bob
Bobby....Joan and I bought a flat corn beef...cost more but not as fatty....cooked it in 1 can of beer ...very tender.....next year we are going to use 2 cans of beer. Happy U day. Will let you know when Baby arrives next Saturday. J #3
OK. So after the meat and all has simmered all day you strain it, throw away the meat and all and make gravy out of the juices? Bet it is good on home made bread> Just returned from delivering 3 trucks to Horseshoe Bay TX. They are display trucks for a show. It don't look like there is a recession at that place.
