When talking with Judy something struck me. Do we really realize the food changes our parents went thru in their lifetime. Judy tells of makeing something in High School Home Ec and came home and had to try it. It was like chow mein or stir fry.
Well Mother had more adventure to trying new foods and of course Dad wanted steak and potatoes. Dad told Judy her dish tasted better than it looked. I remember having pizza when I went to school in St. Paul and then we started making it at home.
Can you think of any new dishes that came to the Anderson home.
