Two stories or maybe three come to mind.

1. We went to Morris to see Jan before she was married. Jan served us Taco's

2. When I was in the Army and cooking dad said to me one day when home on leave "You cooking all the time in the Army maybe you should make supper sometime. On my next weekend home I made spaghetti and meat sauce. After we had finished eating he said that it was OK. Later I found out that he didn't like tomatoes very much.

3. When we (Dad, Buzz and I) went to Sioux Falls to get things for the store. When it got to be dinner time Buzz and I would want to go to McDonalds. Dad alwas want to go across the street from Larson Hardware to the cafa for a hot beef commerical. He alwas one but when Macks Pazley (Spelled) would have an open house Buzz and I got all the Mak & Dons we wanted as he owned the place. I was in the hosiptal in Sioux Falls for tests and Mom and Dad came to visit. in the afternoon. They left just before supper as dad wanted to get to the Mac & Dons for a buger before it got busy.

I'm sure there are more stories out there.
