As to the Saturday. First of all what time does everyone think they will arive at the Hotel? We could then have all people in the Minn, SD & Iowa bring some type of cold dish. If that is ok we could then find a local supermkt that would cater hot food to go with it. The second would be to have a local outfit cater the whole thing, but that would not be a good and cost quite a bit more. What are your thoughts?
