after we make and have lunch with rose mary dr gizmo requires me to set for 1 to 2 hours. he also requires that i sleep in the recliner at night. so that i dont fall out and cause further injury he set on my lap the entire time to hold me down. three more weeks of wearing the immobilizer. still having some discomfort if i do the wrong things and not take the pain pills. wrong thing are like doing dishes. pills also help me sleep at night. now that the streets are getting clean the dr is requiring me to walk him. we have gotten out of shape for that. have a good weekbob tbs

I can almost remember the ache when I look at your picture. Time, I hope, will go quickly. The only thing missing from around your chair is a grabber (that is what I call the yard long stick with a tong-like thing on the end). I wondered if the pole in the back ground is for walking outside. Be sure to follow the Drs. orders. xoxox, Judy
